It would be nice to have an overview of all email correspondance on Company level
It would be helpfull to have a topic field on the SSO. There can be more SSO's on one Customer, and also on the same product. In this cases the topic field would help to identify the SSO you are looking for in the overview list.
This allows you to link contacts to one another specifying relation
This ability makes it possible for you to organize your contacts into groups, companies, position or any other customized option you create
Contact informtion can be exported to Microsoft Office in the form of letterheads so you can write letters quickly and professionally.
In iGlobe CRM you can store vendors and vendor information under Contacts. But several fields in the contact form are aligned towards customers.
It would be a nice feature if the specific Customer fields would change to specific vendor fields when choosing RelationType = Vendor.
Would be nice to have the possibility to attache Company specific documents (not Contact Specific) direct to the Company.
