In iGlobe CRM you can store vendors and vendor information under Contacts. But several fields in the contact form are aligned towards customers.
It would be a nice feature if the specific Customer fields would change to specific vendor fields when choosing RelationType = Vendor.
It would be necessary for the Swedish market to have an integration to Bisnode wich in turn is connected to Dun & Bradstreets
When you type in zip => City and state should be auto updated
It would be great to deep search all mail for contact info and prioritize based upon total conversations
When creating an email in Outlook App on mobile, add iGlobe as a source so we can select attachments the same way it works on Outlook Desktop. These attachments could be sent as a link, or attach the full file.
If you use customer ID field which you will with integration to ERP or used for uniq ID purposes It would be rather smooth if the customer id number appears when you are searching:
