Today you are stuck to two dashboards in your pipeline: My dashboard and Company dashboard. If you were able to save your search to own dashboard then you could quickly mix between all your dashboard and what you just need to look at here and now. If you have the possibility to control which columns to show in your pipeline dashboard your iGlobe will be more flexible. Today you have shown: Follow-up, Company, Contact, Product, Phase, Potential, Probability, Closer, Days. I miss partner and competitor as it is now. And if I can use my own created ones as well and be able to mingle around with all of them it would be perfect. Let me hear your comments guys out there ...more »
If you go to Company and click on one contact the screen you get only shows the direct telephone no?
It should first show the mobile no which is the one the most of the contacts use today. If this is not filled out it can show the direct no. If it does not take performance and there is place in the screen it can also show both of the numbers.
What do you other guys think about this?
If you use customer ID field which you will with integration to ERP or used for uniq ID purposes It would be rather smooth if the customer id number appears when you are searching:
If you have 20 follow up entries in one week you have to look at every one to see which date they are scheduled.
Could be an idea to have the start date visible in the grid. At same time have the opportunity to sort on the start date in the grid.
Today in custom flag entry you can choose a earlier date in due date than start date. This should not be possible.
When creating a custom flag entry start date that you choose should be automatically be the same on due date. Often you will have same date on start and due date so by following start date as default for the due date you many times will spare to enter same date twice I compare this to ordinary use of calendar entries in Outlook when choosing start time date it automatically gives the same date on end time date.
Today you have to save note first and then create Custom Flag entry. If we could set Custom Flag when creating note we could spare time for the user.
When migrating form old CRM system to iGlobe some would like their history on notes. When you create a new note and even if you choose a date before the creation date on the note it still appear with creation date. How to import history notes with correct dates.
If you have uploaded files to iGlobe with Outlook app the eml files do not open when you click on it. You have to save the eml file first to open the mail. To many clicks I think. What do others think about this?
When creating Custom Flag entry it could be nice if you have the possibility of creating your own values.
